Bred by Alister Clark (1864-1949) (Australia, 1923).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1923 as 'Squatter's Dream'.
Class:
Hybrid Gigantea, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  Rich yellow buds, paler flowers, fading..  Moderate, tea fragrance.  Medium, single to semi-double, cupped, open bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  

Height: 30" to 6'7" (75 to 200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
'Squatter's Dream' was a second generation R. gigantea cross.
