This rose can be very frustrating. Its blooms are inconsistent, varying from spectacular to balled up messes.

This has been an incredibly frustrating rose to grow. The color and form have been very inconsistent ranging from some of the most beautiful blooms in my garden with great form to balled up faded blooms that never open properly. Sometimes I have both types on the bush at the same time.

Is Coat of Menny Colors the correct name for this rose? It's listed as Coat of Many Colors in Horizon Roses and at the For Love of Roses website?

I have Summer Night and Conundrum and placed side by side they appear to be the same rose.
