I think all of these photos are actually of Warm Wishes (aka Sunset Celebration in the U.S.).

In my opinion it's not Warm Wishes: Different colours and different consistence/texture of the petals. Different flowershape.

It is doubly curious what is the rose is growing in such a respected Parc de Bagatelle called Warm Welcome? :)

Sometimes people like to trick or prank others, by replacing and mixing-up the labels! I've heard, that that's why in The Hague You cann't see what roses grow over there in the beginning of the season. They prevent the changing of labels in spring by not planting them in the beds. When there are more visitors, the labels will be in place.
