Someone gave me some peony bulbs. Do I have to plant the in the ground right a way or can I store them in a dry place until spring?
Thanks

I understand that ants aren't a problem on peonies, but what about when they are cut for an arrangement? How do I get rid of them?

My peonies have finished blooming and I have "bunched" them up a little so that the plants underneath can get some sun. Do I have to keep the peony foliage for the entire summer? What would happen if I cut it back in about a month? Thanks Joycesb

I had very few blooms this year. Fertilized in the spring. Are flowers more plentiful if plants are fertilized in the fall. The fertilizer used was llama manure.
