I am consistently refused memberrship access although I am a Premium member. Why is this?

Hi,
These issues are almost always related to having multiple member accounts. Can you provide more details. Are you using different computers? Is there a specific feature you're unable to access ?
As always, an exact example is helpful. We'll be waiting to hear from you.

Yesterday I received a Comment from Cyberose and tried to respond but, as has happened a couple of times in the past, hmf's response has been to deny access. This may be because of a password change, but there have been no other changes.
