CPM in mid-July as 6th-year-own-root, very healthy & continuous bloomer. Root is deep so I rarely water it. Attracts Japanese Beetles but the leaves are so healthy it's worth growing. Plant is huge & used lots of gypsum for its zillion petals and spreading canes.
