My notes from 2004: Natalee Kuser from 'Aunt Myrtle's Garden Nursery' at Bridgetown, gave me a plant last September, on its own roots, and called Purezza 'The Pearl'. It came from a Bridgetown gardener, Penelope Shaw, who would have bought it named as 'Purezza The Pearl', I feel sure. I have always been a little bit suspicious of 'The Pearl', thinking that it may in fact, be 'Purezza'.
