Bloom:
Dark red, light pink reverse.  Mild, tea fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, cluster-flowered, cupped, high-centered to cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Glandular sepals, leafy sepals, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 43" to 4'8" (110 to 140cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6a and warmer.

This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Shrub Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as ‘WEKiscorou’ (not patented) and as its pollen parent the variety known as ‘RADtko’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 16,202)....The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Wasco, Calif. in the month of October..... The new variety has an upright bushy medium height growing habit (about 110 to about 142 cm. in height)
