Origin:
Bred by Mathias Leenders (1883 - 1958) (Netherlands, 1926).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1928 as 'Hilde Steinert'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Coral-red, salmon-orange reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), flat, scalloped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
