Blue.  4 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Semi-double, bell-shaped bloom form.  Early to late spring.  
Habit:

Height: 6½' to 10' (200 to 305cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Plant in soil that drains well.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Suitable for growing in a container.  No pruning required.
