Introduced in United Kingdom by Peveril Clematis Nursery in 1992 as 'Rhapsody'.

Bloom:
Violet.  4 to 6 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Single bloom form.  Mid-to-late summer.  
Habit:

Height: 8' to 10' (245 to 305cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Plant in sun or partial shade.  Suitable for growing in a container.  suitable for growing through trees.  In early spring, cut back to just above the lowest set of healthy buds.
