Monthly meetings of the Fraser Pacific Rose Society take place on the last Tuesday of every month (except for December) at the Dogwood Pavilion, 624 Poirier Street, Coquitlam, B.c.

Admission to The Royal Horticultural Society's Spring Flower Show is free for members of the Royal National Rose Society. Please contact the RNRS for more information.

The 1999 Courtney Page Lecture will be given by Michael Marriott, Nursery Manager of David Austin Roses. His subject is English Roses, their origins, their uses and the future. This lecture will be given as follows: Edinburgh 20 April; North Yorkshire 21 April; Cardiff 22 April and London 27 April. All tickets are free to RNRS Members and their guests. Those wishing to attend the lecture in London, at the RHS New Hall, should write to write to the RNRS for free tickets, enclosing a self-addressed envelope.
