The Acadiana Rose Society is host to the Gulf District Convention and Rose Show which will take place at River Oaks Restaurant and Reception Center, 800 Hugh Wallace Rd., Lafayette, LA. The theme of this Convention and Rose Show is "America The Beautiful---In The Year Of The Rose 2002". The Gulf District Meeting will be on April 12th, the Rose Show on Saturday April 13th and on April 14th there will be an afternoon Rose Tour of some nice Lafayette rose gardens to which the public is invited.
