On Saturday, April 12th, member rosarians from the Riverside Rose Society will be conducting Rose Care Seminars at Lowe’s stores in Riverside and Moreno Valley. The stores’ nursery managers are delighted that RRS members – many of whom have been growing roses successfully for years – will be on hand to educate people about such basics as preparing the soil, planting in the ground (bareroot or potted), container planting, watering, fertilizing, mulching, cultivating and transplanting, in addition to answering rose-related questions.
