The award-winning ʻIngrid Bergman’ (ʻPrecious Platinum’ × ʻElse Poulsen’), bred by the company’s present owners Pernille Olesen (née Poulsen) and Mogens Nyegaard and introduced in 1986, has not yet reached the age of 50, but being considered one of the best red hybrid teas ever and with its induction to WFRS Rose Hall of Fame in 2000 it must already now be considered a heritage rose.
