HelpMeFind's future is in your hands - Please do not take this unique resource for granted.

Your support of HelpMeFind is urgently needed. HelpMeFind, like all websites, needs funding to survive. We have set a premium-membership yearly subscription amount as low as possible to make user-community funding viable.

We are grateful to the many members who have signed up so far, but the number of premium-membership members remains too small for us to sustain the current support and development level. If you value HelpMeFind and want to see it continue we need your support too.

Yearly membership is only $2.00 per month and adds a host of additional features, and numerous planned enhancements, to take full advantage of the power and convenience of HelpMeFind. Click here to start your premium membership..

We of course also welcome donations of any amount. Click here to make a donation. Donations of $24 or more receive a thank-you gift of a 1-year premium membership.

As far as we have come, we feel HelpMeFind is still in its infancy. With your support we have so much more to accomplish.

Is this the same rose I purchased that is being sold in Japan as Cote d'or? It appears that the descriptions match but I would like to get others opinions. See the following website for the description: tengbenyueji.com/shrubroses/10944.html

Based on its cultivar number, wouldn't it be fair to assume that its year of creation is 2007?
Like the Amnesty International variety.

I never noticed that before, but it does appear Delbard’s bred year may be the first two numbers of their code.

At least the creator G.Delbard seems to use this numbering (example with the variety Pink Paradise = 04.4071.8).

Hardiness zone 9 .
'Château de Cheverny' DELjaupar rosier is one champion . Leaf as wel as flower is exquisite , hardily any diseases , heavenly peachy smell sparkled with fresh citrus . Its lemony yellow flowers with lighter edge grow 'ball-dly' ;o) through the season from June into late fall as long as temperatures are not under 16°C .
Next to a gravel path now , the rosier will be relocated elsewhere in the garden . As too much of a pebble spilled beneath the path , we will be putting used bricks along the sides after which short rosiers s.a. 'Happy chappy' and 'Coco' will come in line .
Garden is south orientated , with mainly south and south-west winds , many fruit trees and the more .
'Château de Cheverny' is an excellent alternative to e.g. AUSowlish .
