Do you mean to Ireland? According to their website they ship within Germany and all of Europe

that's odd, could you please share the link where you've found that information? I'm currently working on a list of shops with roses, clematis, and hydrangea which ship across EU (for my personal use), so I'm sharing some findings here.

No, you are right. On their website under "Clematis-Information/Versand" they state that Westphal ships in Germany and all of Europe. However, under "Kundeninfo/Versandinformation" is a separate statement as follows: "the new rules of export to private people within the European Union is disproportionate for small sales. We need a VAT number for each country were we ship to. So we see ourselves forced to stop exporting in the future. Sorry for this bad news."
Strange, as online shops of other companies seem to function all right.

The place of Westphal is "Prisdorf", the other details of the address are ok.
