Does anyone know if Spring Valley Roses is still in business? The web site seems to have nothing to do with roses, so I'm guessing the domain name may have been sold. There could still a nursery with no web presence, but it seems unlikely.

The HMF rose listing hasn't been updated since 2015, and the most recent reviews of the business I can find online also date to 2015.
