Origin:
Bred by Hazel Le Rougetel (United Kingdom, 1988).
Introduced in United States by Ashdown Roses Historic Archive in 2007 as 'Hazel Le Rougetel'.
Class:
Hybrid Nitida, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Strong, citrus fragrance.  Single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, suckers on its own roots.  Glossy, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: 3' to 6' (90 to 185cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for garden.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Nigel Pratt of Tasman Bay Roses says this rose has beautiful mid-silver-pink flowers of good size with pronounced stamens. Its attractive foliage turns a rich tawny yellow in autumn...

A good crop of bright scarlet hips.
