‘Cosimo Ridolfi’ = Gallique… feuillage soyeux, vert intense ombré d’argent, sur un bois gris-vert presque sans épines… boutons ronds et durs… fleurs de taille moyenne, en coupe plate débordant de pétales, à la symétrie parfaite autour d’un œil brodé, d’un rose cerise violacé paraissant presque bleu par temps chaud. Ce rosier gallique au parfum capiteux est hélas rare. Il porte le nom d’un agronome italien du XIXème siècle. Vibert, France, 1842.
