Bred by Jean Laffay (France, before 1836).
Class:
Noisette.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Flowers flesh.  Mild fragrance.  Small, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Height: up to 6' (up to 185cm).

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Probably dedicated to Beatrix de Choiseul-Stainville (1730 Lunéville - April 17, 1794 Paris), Duchesse de Gramont, who died on the guillotine. She was portraited by Alexander Roslin.

Alternative is Marie-Gabrielle de Sinéty (1760 - April 24, 1832 Château de Caderousse), who married André Joseph Hippolyte de Gramont-Vacheres, Duc de Gramont-Caderousse in February 1779. Her Portrait was painted by Vigée le Brun.
