The fleeting beauty of this rose looks marvellous for a few weeks at the end of June as sunlight catches the translucence of the strawberry coloured prickles displaying the most unique ruby effervescence. However, these all too soon fade to greyish-brown giving the suggestion of an aggressive Stegosaurus.	REPLY
