Could the "Wretham Rose" be 'Paul Ricault'?

The color and shape of flower look about right for Paul. I will check this summer when he blooms.

Hi .The leaves seems to have a LOT of china in it . So it must be a once flowering bourbon or Hybrid perpetual

‘Paul Ricault’ was said to have occasional repeat.
In his 1992 reference Peter Beales called ‘Paul Ricault’ repeat flowering. Does anybody have any clue as to what he was selling under this name then?
The “Waltham Rose” was said to be once blooming.

Later addition: I note the Palatine and member Mihochan’s photos of “Wretham Rose” are both showing a pointel.
