Quite tall, almost a Shrub Rose in fact, 'Florence Mary Morse' has sprays of informal flowers in clear scarlet which dull only slightly with age. The dark olive-green, leathery foliage is red tinted when young. The rose's faults are lack of scent and a rather long gap between its flushes of bloom. Plant it in a mixed border with suitable perennials to point up its dazzling color and mask its leggy stems.... named for a member of one of Britain's leading rose-growing families. Parentage: 'Baby Château' x 'Magnifica'
