I went on a research binge for this one, looking for its parentage or anything else.
Meilland specifically called it vermillion in their books, and sometimes bright vermillion. From the pinterest photos of it, the bloom looks like Tropicana, but flatter, more well-formed, with a better center, and more of a creamed-coral vermillion. It is way less harsh than Tropicana's color. A little like the color of 'Hamburger Deern'.
It is possible that it descends from Tropicana. My personal guess is Tropicana x Sonia, or [Tropicana x <Zambra x (Baccara x White Knight)>]
Romantica 76 is an important rose to Meilland. Many of their best descend from it.

I have added some references and the 1977 one mentions 'Regina' - which sounds very much like the code name MEInaregi. If you would like to continue your research binge, perhaps the name 'Regina' might help.

Wow, you are right. What is weird is that Kordes has a rose named 'Regina' from 1976, that looks just like the Romantica 76 pictures elsewhere.

The Combined Rose List 1990 listed MEInaregi with 'Romantica 76'. Good bet. Files now merged.
