Origin:
Bred by Alister Clark (1864-1949) (Australia, 1929).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1929 as 'Busybody'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange and yellow. Deepens in Autumn.  Rich ochre and orange in the bud. Bloom rich chrome and yellow or dark Indian apricot. Flowers right through the winter..  Small to medium bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, armed with thorns / prickles, dense, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
There is mention of R. gigantea parentage in the references.
Hips have been noted. (Refer photo 312268 17 Feb, 2018)
A 1946 reference mentions “blood red foliage in Spring”.
