The 3 descriptions JDR, Rosenlexican and TeysMannia use the same description presumably from JDR.
On the Rose-Nabonnand site they quote Descriptif(s) d'époque : Fleur rose brillant légèrement saumoné teinté garance, centre cuivré, grande pleine, grands pétales, bouton allongé, pédoncule fort, odorante. Arbuste vigoureux, très florifère. this appears to be the same as the recent book 'Rose du Jardin'
From the breeding 'Marie van houtte' x 'Gen Schlablikine' I would expect something double, but who knows really

Yes, these descriptions were usually placed by the Nabonnands themselves in the magazines. It seems that 'Anna Jung' in commerce is not the original.

The description on the Rose-Nabonnand site doesn't match the JDR description but does match the rose in commerce

The description on our website www.roses-nabonnand.com was found in Clément's catalog (1911-1912 and 1913-1914): 'Fleur rose brillant légèrement saumoné teinté garance, centre cuivré, grande pleine, grands pétales, bouton allongé, pédoncule fort, odorante. Arbuste vigoureux, très florifère.' We confirm that this descrption is an original description.
The photos on the webpage were taken in NZ by Jocelen Janon.

The four Nabonnand catalogue available to date on archive.org (Paul Nabonnand 1924, Clement Nabonnand 1913, 1916, 1923) all describe 'Anna Jung' as "pleine", so it does seem that the early descriptions of it as being semi-double in other periodicals are incorrect.

The term pleine, tranlates to full, not double and demi pleine as half full not semi double. many of Nabonnand roses were described as demi-pleine or semi pleine not semi-double

i'm not confident of the identity of the rose of this name in commerce which is clearly more than double instead of semidouble like literature tells.
