‘Macerupt’ arises from the controlled pollination of ‘Freude’ by ‘Landora’. The breeder is Mr Sam McGredy. Plant Variety Rights have been applied for in New Zealand."

Thanks Michael. The references say the pollen parent was a seedling of Landora. We've added a Note.

Yeah, it is confusing. I spent my time trying to guesstimate what else may have been used, and then I noticed that in the one patent.
