In the bud stage there is a distinct yellow flush, but this is lost as the bloom ages. The flowers are double and, like many of Pernetiana origin, are rather short in the petal.

It has inherited from Mrs. Charles Russell the extraordinary durability of flower. This is a medium to large and full bloom of yellow orange exquisitely scented and stands upright on very long, stiff stalks. The foliage is medium sized and disease free. 5/- each. Arrived late. Not flowered yet.
