Parentage here appears to be inaccurate as currently stated pollen parent post dates introduction date of cultivar by 25 years?

Which doesn't mean we have to accept it.
No idea where that mythical pollen parent came from. We'll change it to that quoted in the 1958 reference which is more likely as 'Opera' was a Gaujard rose.

Purchased at a rare rose auction in Calironia on 11/14/10. Will be held for me until spring of 2011.
