I have old American Rose annuals that contain pictures of roses that do not have pictures on HMF, such as Souvenir de Jean Soupert in the 1936 Annual. My question is, can I scan them and post them?

Under U.S. law, works published in 1923 and earlier are in the public domain. Everything after that requires permission.
