I have found several references to 'Madame Thérèse Levet', which appear to be the same as 'Mlle. Thérèse Levet'. If so, then the name might be added here as a synonym.	REPLY

Thanks. I was looking for pics of 'Souv. de Therese Levet', and noticed that Mme. and Mlle. were never listed in the same sources. Karl	REPLY

'Mademoiselle Thérèse Levet' is the correct name, as she was 18 and unmarried when Levet dedicated this rose for her.	REPLY
