It's 1852, not 1851, for the introduction. Your quote from l'Horticulteur Français of September 1852 tells us that the roses (of the new season) begin to be announced; and 'Elyse Flory' [sic] is one of them; this classification as an 1852 rose is repeated by the same publication in 1856, when it includes 'Elise Flory' [sic] among the "about 80 new roses" released in the Fall 1852 season.

Thank you, we added 1852 as the year of introduction. The dedication to the chansonnière Elisa Fleury seems to be reasonable.
