I looked for a rose named Amy and was unable to find one available at any known nursery.

All could knock you off your feet!
Iris are also fragrant, and bloom just before the roses www.cooleygardens.com is where I get mine.
Jackson and Perkins offer fragrant Oriental lilies, which are heavenly.
Petunias and Pansy also have a subtle scent which is wonderful.
