Oh, I get it. The name refers to the orange hips. The long stem supports a bouquet of hips.

I believe that the photo for this rose is incorrect. The picture is of "Pumpkin", a J&P test rose that I don't think was ever released.

The picture could be of 'Pumpkin Patch' by Bédard/Weeks.

According to the S J Heritage list:
"Pumpkin" M-27-21 Floribunda J & P test rose NR
M-27-21 is the location in the garden. I assume that NR in the Date column means Not Released.

The patent says this rose was "creamy white". It was similar to 'Bapollu' and once that rose is looked up, one finds the colour is 158D.

158D is yellowish White
