Tough little plant. Potted for years without any disease...no spray or treatment other than occasional feeding. Planting 3-4 in a group look best. Needs to be trimmed to maintain a nice shape. About 18" tall upright growth. Great spring flush with sporadic follow-up of clear red blooms. Pretty, small leaves and burgundy new growth. Not too prickly. Nice plant for use to cover bare knees under a HT.
