ARS: White, near white or white blend Miniature.Registration name: Green Diamond
 
Bloom: Green.  None / no fragrance.  25 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.   
Habit: Height: 1' to 18" (30 to 45cm).
 
Growing: USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Plant in partial shade for best color.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.   
Breeder's notes: Sequoia breeding records state the seed parent to be "Rosa polyantha nana seedling"
