This rose does very well in the high heat of my low water garden with little to no fertilizer (except occasionally some fish emulsion). Its flowers are loved by bees and it sets a nice crop of hips for wildlife snacks. Beautiful healthy foliage with no signs of rust or mildew which easily afflict susceptible roses locally.

Omi Oswald in my Claremont, California garden on April 4, 2016. Flowers are pale yellow but turn white in the sun. This plant is a blooming powerhouse. It does extremely well in the high heat and drought. Rebloom is really good if fed even lightly. This rose was fertilized sparingly twice in 2016.
