Peter Wood reports on the British Rose Festival at Hampton Court.
The rose  growers launched eleven new roses.  Bred by Eurosa, Nina was introduced by Pocock’s Roses and was named for the breeder’s young daughter.  It is the first of a new range of small-flowered and compact shrub roses.  The unfading bright red flowers are backed by dark green, coppery foliage.
