Here's a partial reference from the American Rose Annual of 1933 (vol. 18, p.71). I can see much of the quote via Google, but not all of it:
Vibert also released a Noisette he named Miss Glegg, with small, full, white flowers of cupped form, their centers sometimes flesh-color, produced in large clusters, on a bush of dwarf growth, much in the style of Aimee Vibert, but with flowers...
Perhaps someone with the full reference can complete it?

You always amaze me! I was reading that some people thought "St Leonard's Noisette" might be 'Miss Glegg', so that's how I ended up adding more references for her. Thanks, Virginia

I will respond further in "St. Leonards". (Am glad I amaze somebody. It is usually my cheek or downright stupidity that often cops the blame. I'll put a photo on so you know who is amazing you.)
