Bred by Roy E. Shepherd (United States, before 1957).
Introduced in United States by Bosley Nursery in 1957 as 'June Bride'.
Introduced in Australia by Langbecker in 1960 as 'June Bride'.
Class:
Grandiflora.  
Bloom:
Cream.  Moderate fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Leathery, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: 4'2" (125cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
