Bred by David E. Clemons (United States, 2003).
Introduced in United States by Rosemania in 2004 as 'Charismatic'.
Class:
Mini-Flora.  
Bloom:
Red, red edges, light yellow center, white reverse.  None / no fragrance.  17 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower, exhibition or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  
Breeder's notes:
Red edge of petals will intensify in bright sun, especially in cooler weather.
