Bloom: Orange-red, butter-yellow reverse, white streaks, stripes, flecks.  None to mild fragrance.  14 to 28 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, semi-double to double, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.   
Habit: Tall, arching, climbing, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  
 Height: 5' to 6' (150 to 185cm).
 
Growing: USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Disease susceptibility: very mildew resistant.

 This new variety was created by James A. Sproul at his nursery in Bakersfield, Calif., under conditions of careful control and observation, as a result of crossing the following two rose plants: The seed parent is `MACminmo` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 7,319). The pollen parent is `JACpoy` (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 9,015)....The following observations, measurements, values and comparisons describe 4 to 5 year old plants of Rosa hybrida, `SPRolife`, growing outdoors in Essex County Mass.
