The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) was the product of the cross of Rosa wichuriana (non-patented in the United States) and `The Fairy` variety (non-patented in the United States). The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) was the `Korbin` variety (non-patented in the United States). The `Korbin` variety is marketed under the ICEBERG trademark.
