Milevsko is repeat-flowering, at least this summer. It had a profuse first flush in June and now every new shoot grown since then has flower buds. I think you could well change "once-flowering" to "occasional repeat".
My one-year-old plant from Martin Weingart is extremely floriferous already. Very mild scent. Hardiness remains to be seen. Neither of the parents are fully hardy in southern Finland.
