Origin:
Bred by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, 2002).
Introduced in United States by Certified Nurseries in 2003 as 'Canary Diamond'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Moderate fragrance.  17 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Large, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
