Anyone who says modern roses have no perfume should try this one! The flowers are plentiful and each one is a stunning, classically formed beauty in a blend of gold, apricot and cream - and the scent is just sensational! Growth is vigorous with dark green foliage that appears to have splendid disease resilience. This is a rare gem that we predict will become hugely popular. It is named to commemorate the quincentenary - the 500th anniversary of the King's School in Macclesfield (From Fryer's website)

Gareth Fryer launched three new roses.  'Kings Macc'  - named for the 500th anniversary of the King's School in Macclesfield, is a classically formed HT with apricot and cream blooms - "those who say modern roses have no perfume  should smell this one!" says Gareth Fryer. This rose has strong and vigorous growth, with dark green foliage that appears to have good disease resistance.
