Among other new varieties from Fryer's this year is 'Thelma Barlow', a traditional style hybrid tea with excellent disease resistance. This rose was requested by friends and launched in honour of a special Birthday.

Roses at Chelsea.
Fryer's Roses at Knutsford had four new varieties.  Thelma Barlow is named specially for the TV personality in Coronation Street.  The rose is a beautiful porcelain pink HT rose.
