Introduced in Sweden by Cedergren & Co., Plantskola in 2003 as 'Starkodder'.
Class:
Hybrid Helena, Rambler.  
Bloom:
Light yellow.  Primrose yellow fading to pure white.  Mild, sweet fragrance.  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall, arching, climbing, well-branched.  

Height: 13'1" to 19'8" (400 to 600cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover, hedge or shrub.  Very vigorous.  can be grown as a shrub.  can be trained as a climber.  shade tolerant.  Do not prune.  Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Discovered as a seeding in the Cedergrens & Co. nursery, Helsingborg, Sweden.

'Starkodder' Raised by Cedergren & Co, Sweden. Hybrid Helenae. Seedling of Rosa helenae 'Hybrida'. Rampant rambler, 4-6 m. More compact growth than other Helenae hybrids. Leaves medium green. Flowers 30-40 (-70), primrose yellow, fading to pure white. Faintly sweet scented. (thanks Ulf). Introduction year from the website of the Swedish Rose Society.
