'Petite Perle D'or' rose Description

Class:
Micro-Miniature, Miniature, Polyantha.
Bloom:
Buff, coral-pink , cream . Moderate, tea fragrance. Average diameter 0.75". Small, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Small buds.
Habit:
Short, bushy, rounded, thornless (or almost), well-branched. Small, semi-glossy foliage. Height of 1' (30 cm). Width of 1' to 18" (30 to 45 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, garden or hedge. Flowers drop off cleanly. Disease susceptibility: blackspot resistant, mildew resistant.
Breeder's notes:
Great in pots. This tiny rose would make a very low ever blooming clipped border. It is free of prickles. Apricot colored buds like tiny gold pearls.
Should make an excellent miniature Standard. Burlington Rose Nursery is in the process of producing some now.
